The "Omilos Glifada Horostasi" Folk Dance Group was created in September 2004, with the aim of organizing groups of people who wish to help in the preservation and conservation of the Greek cultural heritage.
The group is formed of 180 members, divided into several sections which cover : dance, music, folklore research. With the sponsorship of the Prefecture of Piraeus, the dance group has held several performances. It also had a splendid participation in the Dance Festival of the Varnava community. |
